By filling out this form and submitting it, you are agreeing to have a Nanny Can representative contact you for your credit card information so that a 4-hour minimum can be charged to your credit card. You must cancel prior to 24 hours before your reservation time/date. (From May 1st to Sept 30th there is no cancellation once a booking is made as nannies are at a premium, however where possible you may change dates. Please contact us if this is the case, and we will do the best we can to assist you with your request.) Your nanny is not confirmed until you speak with our representative! We will contact you as soon as possible. I claim that all information above is factual and correct and understand that sensitive contents will be treated as confidential and not shared with anyone unless in the course of medical or legal actions. I attest that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child/children listed above and assume all responsibility. I also acknowledge the fact that anyone other than myself who wishes to take custody of my child/children while in the care of a NANNY CAN sitter must also have a PARENT/GUARDIAN PROFILE completed and on file.
